Kitchen and dining
The large kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave and a large SMEG cooker. There is a kitchen table that seats 6/8 people.
The dining room has a long oak table seating up to 12 people.
The large lounge has a full height ceiling, large arch window and a traditional stone fireplace with wood burning stove. There are comfortable sofas and armchairs and a large tv (with Sky Freeview).

The garden is flat with a grassy area, mature shrubs, herbs and a shaded area for al fresco dining. There is a brick built bbq, tables, chairs and sun loungers.
The private 10m pool is heated, with Roman steps at the shallow end and is open from May – September. The pool is fully fenced.
Parking and garages
There is ample parking on private land by the side of the house and at the end of the garden.
The property is ideal for large family groups and is well equipped for children.

Linen and towels are included in the price, but please bring your own beach/swimming towels.
Cots, highchairs, stairgates, bicycles and pool toys are all available.

The house is owned by James Bell & his in-laws Sue & John Culligan. James lives in the UK & Sue & John live in France and manage the property.
John was the architect for the original barn conversion 12 years ago so when it came on the market in 2016 the family leapt at the chance to buy it.
